Job description
As a textbook coordinator you are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of textbook inventory, orders, and usage.
- Planning the logistics for returning and handing out textbooks.
- Liaise with academic staff to assess textbook needs each term or year.
- Managing returns, replacements, and updates of textbooks as needed.
- We expect the successful candidate to actively support other administrative processes when textbook demands are lower.
Key Requirements
- Affinity with the education sector
- You are able to work in Office 365 and open to learn working in the school’s different systems.
- You are flexible and proactive.
- You are good in planning and organising without losing sight of priorities.
- You have the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks during peak periods (e.g., start of terms).

The salary is a minimum of €2554 and a maximum of €3451 for a full-time contract on scale 6. The salary scale and the step offered will depend on your level of experience.
- 8% holiday allowance (May)
- 8.33% year-end bonus (December)
- October allowance €1640 for a full-time position
- Monthly contribution towards travel expenses (if applicable)

- Number of options for tax benefits regarding, e.g. trade union dues, the costs of sports (for instance, fitness membership fees and the purchase of a bicycle (for commuting purposes)
