Head of Campus Primary

AICS has a job opportunity for an experienced leader with an overall responsibility for the day to day management in the primary division of our new SouthEast campus. The Head of Campus will join a dynamic leadership team that collaboratively translates our mission and vision into action.

As Head of Campus Primary you have a commitment to the school’s mission, vision and direction to provide high-quality community-based international learning in the form of the IB programme. You are able to implement a vision on education suitable for an IB world school and to contribute to the development and implementation of the policies for the school. You will be responsible for performance and development of staff and are able to contribute to a close school community and work as part of a dynamic and engaged leadership team.

You need to
● be experienced as a leader in an international (CIS) school with preferably an IB program;
● have excellent leadership skills;
● have an extensive knowledge of and experience of different teaching and educational methodologies with a focus on concept based inquiry learning;
● have an excellent command of the English language and a good understanding of Dutch would be an advantage;
● have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
● have the intercultural competence to work with and manage people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Furthermore, you are flexible, resilient, open to new ideas, a team player and you have a collaborative mindset and a good sense of humour.
