Inclusion Manager

International School Haarlem is looking for a well-qualified, enthusiastic, committed Inclusion Manager as of the Academic Year 2026-2027, for a part-time (4 days) or fulltime position.

The Inclusion Manager must exhibit high levels of pedagogy, professionalism and commitment. He or she is expected to demonstrate and maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of inclusion and be an active menber of the senior leadership team. He or she should actively endorse and promote the principles that underpin IB education and the vision of the International School Haarlem. Additionally, the Inclusion Manager will be expected to provide positive leadership that develops and sustains a healthy culture in the secondary department.
