We are looking for a loving, dedicated, and professional childcare worker for our baby group.
- You play a key role in the development of our youngest children, creating a safe, warm, and stimulating environment where every child feels seen and loved.
- You understand how important structure, attention, and calm are during this stage of life. You follow the children’s daily rhythm and respond to their individual needs. You are attentive to signals, sensitive to non-verbal communication, and offer warmth and closeness.
- Connection is at the heart of your work — with the children, their parents, and your colleagues. You work with respect for different cultures and backgrounds, and you see diversity as an enrichment of the group. You communicate in an open and professional manner, also in English, and you have a basic knowledge of the Dutch language.
